Sterling double hung

Kolbe & Kolbe's Sterling double-hung feature a unique design of the interior components that hides the jambliner, block and tackle balances and the grooves they are installed in, allowing for no vinyl parts to be visible. The sash lock incorporates a dual positioning lever, which allows the sash to be unlocked and tilted for cleaning. No extra tilt latches are applied to the window. A hardware channel mounted into the checkrail allows the latch mechanism to act as a highly integrated structural component of both the sash and the unit.
