Vinyl replacement

To improve the quality and consistency of each window made, Schüco Homecraft has a fully automated system for fabricating vinyl replacement windows. It is designed to improve energy efficiency and reduce callbacks due to glass failure. The glazing system contracts and expands without seal failure because it uses thermoplastic and elastomeric sealants only. The process also cuts production time dramatically.
