PPG Industries has developed an architectural glass that can be reflective or transparent, depending on lighting conditions, and transmits generous amounts of visible light for bright building interiors yet blocks much of the sun's heat for occupant comfort. From indoors, Solarban 80 affords a clear outdoor view, with true color transmittance of objects.
