Typar HouseWrap is constructed from spunbonded polypropylene fabric that is easy to cut and is UV protected to survive months of exposure to the sun. UV rays can reduce the strenght and durability of building wraps. Typar is guaranteed to never be damaged by mother nature or under regular construction conditions. If it is, the product will be replaced at no charge.
