Semco outward opening awning windows feature a heavy-duty Roto-Gear operator with a corrosion resistant coating. The frame has a foam-filled compression weather strip around its entire perimeter that seals against the interior face of the sash. The sash has a flexible vinyl weather strip around the perimeter that seals against the frame. Exterior options include clad with heavy-duty aluminum in a wide selection of colors or wood with high- performance white latex primer.
