GE Security's integration of Alarm.com lets builders use wireless and Internet technology to communicate with the central station. Builders can be notified of unauthorized activity in homes under construction. Afterwards, homeowners get the flexibility of monitoring events in the home, reporting via phone, text message, email or pager.
