The Flashbake 120 from Quadlux Inc. uses high-energy halogen lights, controlled by a microprocessor, to cook food with the moisture, texture and quality you expect in a conventional, thermal oven €¹ in approximately half the time. The oven is the first countertop model that can plug into any standard 120-volt outlet. The oven will soon be available in wall-mount models.
