Grand Veneur cooker

MORICE's Grand Veneur cooker combines tradition and modern technology. It is 71 in. wide and offers two full-size gas or electric ovens. The large centrally located 18,700-Btu gas burner is tucked beneath a solid cast-iron pan support, which allows for increased heat control. The Grand Veneur's oven doors are counterbalanced and open flat, create a shelf for setting heavy dishes. They close smoothly at the touch of a finger. Other features include concealed oven controls and handcrafted trim finishes. All cookers come with a cast-iron cooking griddle and wok support.
