GE Appliances has launched the Profile Arctica refrigerator with the CustomCool ExpressChill setting for cooling foods and beverages in minutes instead of hours. It also features the ExpressThaw setting on the CustomCool bin for thawing meats and other freezer items in hours instead of days. The freezer compartment contains the Quick Ice feature that accelerates ice production up to 40 percent faster than a regular cycle.
