Monogram 36-in. stainless steel cooktop

The GE Monogram 36-in. stainless steel cooktop features five burners, all that have the same simmer-to-boil capacity thanks to their dual-flame stacked burner design. The burners use two separate flames. The upper flame delivers the high heat necessary for searing and sautéing. The lower flame is perfect for simmering, delivering a consistent 140 degrees F.
