FiveStar's new 30-in. stainless steel range comes with a wok ring, a n 11-in. backguard, a separate gas broiler below the oven and an oven window and light. It offers one Vari-Flame burner, which will reduce to 400 BTU's on low simmer. All four surface burners, each with individual porcelain drip pans, can reach a maximum of 14,000 BTU's.
