GlideRack oven

Dacor has introduced the GlideRack oven. The fully extendable GlideRack slides effortlessly for easy loading and unloading and is designed especially for cooking with heavy roasters, baking stones and cookie sheets. The GlideRack can accommodate up to 40 lbs. and can be placed in multiple positions in the oven, including the bottom rack where it provides complete clearance from the oven door. One GlideRack will be included in all of the Epicure ovens and ranges plus additional standard racks, but it is available as an accessory for all styles including the Millennia and Preference line of ovens and ranges.
