Easy Grout Exterior Base Sealant

Outwater's Easy Grout Exterior Base Sealant is a preformed, easy to apply sealant. When properly applied, not only does it provide a weather resistant seal that can withstand temperatures from -50 F to 180 F, it resists structural expansion and settling better than silicone caulks. Engineered to be utilized as the base for Outwater's Easy Grout Mortor Strips, it provides a long lasting, durable joint.
