Gaggenau ED 220/230 combination steam and convection oven, is an innovative dual-oven system that combines the dry heat of a convection oven with non-pressurized steam in precisely calibrated proportions. The steam generator connects directly to the water supply and drainage and can be set to produce 4 degrees of humidity in the oven: 30, 60, 80 and 100 percent.
